Stress And Anxiety: Your Body Gets A Workout

There is a very funny, motivated, serious and dedicated person I met during one of my Teleseminar calls last year. We were talking about exercise and what it can and does do to eliminate stress and anxiety while setting you up for a life time of great habits and tips that will produce some awesome amounts of weight loss and muscle toning.

He was a great help to me as I had been on a program I designed myself and had lost over 60 pounds. However, I was in need of a more professional and personal touch after I had a heart attack.

Listening to Scott Tousignant who is a fitness expert and has helped set up programs for cardiac clients has got me back on the path to weight loss the sensible way and he does it with such caring and dedication it is no wonder people want him to come to their homes and get private one on one attention. He has clients of all ages and job orientations and has been in the fitness world for years.

He knows what he is talking about and in his books:The Fit Chic for her and The Fit Bastard for him, you get a sense of what each of us can achieve. Scott has a no nonsense take charge system but it is done in a way we can identify with. He has the no excuses motivational attitude that makes you feel he is right there beside you while you are doing your routines and preparing your food.

He talks to us like a good friend would only with a bit more honesty thrown in. I can always tell when someone is involved with people to only make money. Well let me tell you that Scott has a family and he has incredible integrity. He knows that we are intelligent people so there is no way he would ever be anything but honest and helpful.

It motivates him to see us doing well and achieving success. I believe that a true teacher is someone who gets satisfaction from seeing his or her work come to fruition. Scott has definitely got what it takes to get all of us on the right path. Exercise and eating right can be a great way to give a stress and anxiety sufferer the start needed to get back to feeling healthy inside themselves and the outward benefits are a bonus. When you follow through on a decision and make that personal commitment to yourself, you are telling yourself that you value the person you are and you are nurturing your mind as well as your body.

Your mind knows when you are taking care of business and if you falter it is all right. Just start again and continue on with your goals. We have many goals in our lives and the principals we need to follow are the same for each one. Decide, act on your decision, and results will come.

The titles alone of these books made me sit up and take notice. I cannot say enough about these books and all the great information they provide. They are practical, make sense, are totally easy to read and his way of presenting the information along with his tips makes it easy to follow and they keep you motivated.

We have to use whatever means we can to help us in the crusade to end anxiety. Thank goodness I found Scott and he was willing to share his time and expertise with me and now all of you can find out what I am talking about for yourselves.

Take a look at these great books and I know you will find a path you can easily travel down to get the results I am getting and so are many others. Whether you want just the weight loss and body toning or want to feel physically better. The information in these books has a spill over affect and reach out to all types of people in all shapes and sizes. Also remember the way you will feel when you see the new you emerging to the outside world. The compliments you get for your dedication is a fantastic mental motivator.

Trust me when I tell you that anxiety stays away when you are focusing in on something positive for yourself. Set your goals and believe in yourself. Believing in yourself is the best thing you can do to let your mind know that you love and value everything about you.

Believe, Believe, Believe…. I WILL DO THIS!

These two books are very inspirational and they really get you on track when it comes to issues concerning stress and anxiety, health and fitness. I just think they are worth a look.

Both men and women will find something of interest . When you are fit ,the benefits overflow into all areas of your life. I know it helped my relationship with my husband when I got in better physical shape because that helped me feel better about myself.

I am interested in all comments regarding these books or anything else you want to comment on,especially stress and anxiety. Have a great day !

Check out theses books and improve your mind and body. These books are a surprise from the first page.
