Anxiety Thoughts

Many people do not realize that you can use your thoughts as a tool to cope with and recover from anxiety.

I learned this when I was involved with a group of people who were studying a book called The New Think and Grow Rich.

Sitting alone and feeling helpless  about my anxiety thoughts was a way of living my life for many years. Needless to say, I did not accomplish much and I certainly never seemed to achieve my goals. I even had trouble identifying what goals I wanted and needed to set for myself.
