Panic Away Review: My Experience
Those of you who are having problems with anxious thoughts might be interested in this article.
This summer I purchased my copy of Panic Away and I could not wait to start reading it.
After a number of changes in my life I was in need of help with anxiety that was starting to consume me.
I always thought I was handling each problem or situation that came up in my life.
The trouble for me began with a few simple things compiling and compounding into some major life altering events.
I was injured on the job,all my children had left home and I had a heart attack.
As you can see this was anxiety looking for a home.
Before I realized what was happening to me it seemed like I was stressed out about everything, could not sleep,my attitude about life was negative and I was so depressed I could not get out of bed for days .
I did not want to talk to people and made excuses to not go anywhere when I was asked .
Fortunately I still had the desire to not disappoint my children and I have to admit that I was embarrassed to let them know I was in such a state of mind.
This fact helped me and gave me the life line I needed to get help.
I received medical help and counseling as well as my family introducing me to this great book: Panic Away.
I learned to recognize the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression and I could identify with the testimonials given from regular people.
The methods recommended and the practical make sense information was something I could agree with and found easy to understand.
Before I read the book Panic Away I was not aware of the help I could receive from what I thought of as just a book.
When you make a decision and no matter what leads you to that decision, taking action to help yourself feels like you are taking a giant leap into the unknown.
I took the leap and keep my copy of Panic Away where I can refer back to it whenever I need to get back on the horse so to speak.
Panic and anxiety are more common than you realize and it takes work and training yourself to fight against the return of the past .
Learning to relax, eat properly, change your mind from negativity and working your techniques are some of the things that you will be doing to end anxiety.
I feel like I have been on a self improvement or a self preservation journey and I like who I am and am proud of the work I have done for myself.
When you decide to choose a different way of life it can be done.
Ask for help and mostly ask for help from within your mind.
The mind is our greatest tool .
Let Panic Away be there for you as a starting point in recovery.
