I am involved in a group that is studying a book called The New Think and Grow Rich. You may wonder what this has to do with the study or elimination of anxiety, panic, stress and depression. In studying this great book I have learned to think differently about life and what I want from my life.

I have spoken about using affirmations, which are phrases and sentences.

I have created a story for myself about myself using anxiety affirmations that I repeat everyday numerous times.

These affirmations have helped me build a positive self image because my subconscious mind does not know the difference between reality and imagination.

That is the way the subconscious mind works for everyone. You can picture anything you want and therefore work on how you want to perhaps end anxiety.

With a burning desire added to an emotionally charged feeling your affirmations will be implanted in the subconscious mind.

The life I want for myself includes being free from anxiety so therefore I make affirmations regarding the ending of this anxiety.

You make your affirmations, as you want to see your life in the coming days, months, or even years. You can use the affirmation method to picture a new job for example.

This may sound like something that is difficult to do. I can assure you that at first you do these affirmations on a conscious level and it may feel foreign to you.

Practice is the key and over time the repetitive habit has brought you to a place where you no longer feel strange doing this action.

You may start off the affirmation by saying “I am so happy and grateful for or now that…” You fill in your own emotionally charged words.

Putting pictures of the way you want to look or things you want to have or what you want to be all around your home in key places will remind you and stimulate your subconscious mind.

Just as you learned to drive a car and are now able to do this without thinking of every move or task needed to drive so will you be able to be, do, or have what you want from your own life when the anxiety affirmations you say each day become so automatic that you no longer have to think about the affirmations so consciously.

Take what you emotionally feel passionate about and write up to 10 affirmations this week. Put them together and use these to take action and with action come results.

We would like to get results concerning our life’s wants by just wishing it was so but remember that a desire followed by actions get results.

Believe that your life is already the way you want it to be and combined with the affirmations and the actions you will see a difference in your quality of life.

It takes time for changes to occur depending on the personal work being done.

Keep the affirmations active and they can be changed and added to as needed.

When this happens in your mind you will see the results of the automatic suggestions that have been going in to it over the last days, months or years.

Keep moving forward, and ask questions as well as learn about yourself from yourself.

You are your own best friend and confidant. No one knows the inner you better than you do.

The little voice you hear is advising you and guiding you so do not be afraid to listen even if it scares you or stirs up your emotions. The inner consciousness is your friend.

The Road to Intuition
Have you had that experience when all of a sudden you just had this huge hunch that something is about to happen, and to your surprise, that intuition was eventually translated to reality?

When you feel strongly about something without logical basis to it, that’s called intuition. It comes in three impressions: clairvoyance or “the third eye”, sensing clearly and feeling through listening.

Clairvoyance is when your eye goes beyond what it can see. This is when you know what is happening somewhere.

Sensing clearly is basically what we refer to as “hunch” or “gut feel.” This is the time when you are overwhelmed with a feeling and you can’t explain it and all you can say is “I just know.”

On the other hand, feeling through listening or clairaudience is being able to “listen” between the lines. Intuition also happens at times when a certain sound, whatever it is – be it a car’s honk or a bird’s twitting – ushers in an intense feeling.

They say only a number of people are gifted with intuition. Astrologers even insist that people born under the Scorpio or Pisces signs are naturally intuitive it almost borders on E.S.P. But studies have been sprouting left and right that proclaim that anyone can develop intuition.

Why the need to develop intuition, you ask? Why not let your emotional and psychological state as it is? First and foremost, intuition promotes good communication. It makes you more sensitive to the people around you; it often keeps you from hurting those you love because you are intuitive enough to understand them. Intuition also makes you far more creative than ever. Intuition means releasing more creative juices for any means of expression. Lastly, intuition has a healing power. This healing power is not in the physical sense, but in delving deep into your soul to eradicate some negative energy buried in it.

With that being said, are you ready to develop your intuition? Here are some ways to unlock this gift:

1. Hypnosis

Oh yes, get yourself hypnotized. Hypnosis is not limited to watching a pendulum move back and forth. Perform self-hypnosis or you can avail of hypnotic programs that can strengthen your intuition.

2. Meditation

Meditating means finding peace in yourself. If your mind and heart are cluttered with too many baggage and hurt, you wouldn’t be able to quiet down that part of you that could eventually initiate intuition. There are so many ways to meditate: take a yoga class, or just simply practice some breathing that could bring you straight to Zen.

3. Think positive!

A worry-free, fear-free state could do so much to improve your intuitive ability. By staying positive, you attract good energy that would be able to easily recognize imminent feelings and events.

4. Just let go.

What does this mean? If you are on the brink of making a huge decision, let go of all the inhibitions and head to a quiet place where you could find out where the letting go has brought you. Sometimes you just have to listen to the voice within you, and that voice wouldn’t come out unless you let go.

5. Never expect.

After letting go of the inhibitions and all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect for an answer right away. Never expect that the “hunch” would fall on your lap immediately. Give it a little time then you’d just get surprised that — wham! — now you have your answer.

6. Believe in your first impressions.

When you see someone for the first time and think that he is a bit too arrogant for your taste, chances are that impression actually holds true. Most of the time, first impressions are brought by intuition.

7. Stay happy!

See? All you need to be intuitive is to stay happy! Happiness attracts immense power and such power includes intuition. In tapping your intuition, your motivation must be happiness and contentment. Given that premise, intuition will fall to you easily.

Intuition is helpful, because sometimes it leads you to something that cannot be achieved otherwise. A lot of lives have been saved by intuition alone. Decisions are easier done if armed by this gift. Develop intuition now and reap benefits you have never imagined.

For 40 years, 7 months, 4 days and 3.9 hours I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks, especially after my heart attack on Aug 12th,5:00amEST 2006.
As a result of my suffering, I decided I would go on a crusade to reveal the most powerful, most effective and most successful system for living an Anxiety and Panic Free Life”- Lorraine Roach,Founder- AnxietyEnded.com Visit http://www.anxietyended.com to discover what 99.2% of ALL anxiety and panic sufferers do wrong, and how to make sure YOU avoid it.

I know you must be wondering what the title means,so I will explain the reasons behind it.

I was doing some research on the subject of anxiety and all the related topics like phobias, shyness, depression, post traumatic stress syndrome, panic attacks and many more categories.

It seemed to me that there were so many forms of this condition I just had to write the title as I did.

To me ,after hours of reading all the information I felt I had to find something to break the downward spiral I was headed into.

Once again I saw the humor in something that is not usually to funny.

Ever since I was a little girl I used humor in situations without even trying to. Today was no different I guess.

When I feel overwhelmed the humor just kicks in. It is always there to rescue me from the anxiety and panic before they swallow me up.

Maybe there is something that happens to you when things get too out of control. Open up your mind and see what there is inside of you . Maybe you have a resource that you could tap into that could help in times of distress ,just like I have humor.

It is a saving grace even if I keep the humorous thoughts to myself,it still is there to help. Like an old friend.

Think about what I have said and go to your happy place ,hum your favorite song, recite a poem or even think of a favorite episode of a T.V. show you like.

Get your mind to help you instead of dragging you into the depths of despair.

Practice this and you will be amazed at the time you now do not spend wasted on the anxiety .

I would rather have humor as an old friend instead of panic and anxiety.

These conditions cycle round and round, feeding off of every experience it puts you through.

Lets work on this together and know that you are not alone.

This is my own opinion but I feel it will work if we keep up the strength and positive outlook.

Panic definitely does not like Positivity.Lets use our minds against this.

http://www.anxietyended.com/recommends/panicaway
